This year, the Advanced Building Skins conference is celebrating its 20th anniversary. As every year, one of the main focal points is building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). This is because more and more architects are considering activating the building envelope with photovoltaics. To achieve this, however, they need information on what such solutions look like and how they are planned and installed.
Brief summary of the presentation content
The speakers at Advanced Building Skins will address these topics, among others. Registration for the presentations has now started. Interested planners, manufacturers and other experts of the BIPV industry can submit their proposal for a presentation at the conference. Proposals should include a title and three to four key points summarising the content of the presentation. In addition, the content of the presentation should be submitted as a synopsis of 3,000 characters.
Submit your proposal by the end of February
Presentation proposals can be submitted until 28th February 2025 on the Advanced Building Skins website. There you will also find further information on presenting papers for the conference and a template for submitting the abstract. The next Advanced Building Skins will take place on 3rd and 4th November 2025 at the Kursaal in Bern, Switzerland. (su)
