Since the insertion rail is designed as a load-bearing hollow chamber profile with module guides on both sides, it allows up to 50 per cent more span width. It is suitable for all module frame heights without the need for additional adapters. For this purpose, the S-Flex has developed a special module clamp that prevents the module field from wandering, which can happen with floating systems using conventional insertion rails. Nevertheless, the system remains flexible and prevents damage to the modules due to thermal expansion.

The aesthetic icing on the cake of the system on the facade is provided by a side-mounted end plate. An eaves plate is also mounted on the underside. The system can be planned according to Eurocode 9 as a construction of supporting structures and components made of aluminium. (mfo)
