The tile generates the equivalent of 170 watts per square metre. With a curvature of 150 degrees and a height of 35 millimetres, the tile also fits into architecturally sophisticated designs. Jackery relies on 0.13 millimetre thin, crystalline silicon cells. Thanks to a patented mounting system, the installation effort is low: only two screws are required per tile.
The roof tiles have been certified by Frost & Sullivan. Jackery has already subjected its innovative roof tiles to durability tests that simulate 25 years of environmental influences. This means that the so-called Solar Roof can withstand even extreme weather conditions. The overlapping design with special hooks makes them particularly wind-resistant. The US manufacturer of outdoor energy solutions offers a 30-year guarantee on the solar tiles. (nhp)
