Among other things, this is achieved by installing neutral conductor disconnect terminals. Fixconnect NT terminals from Hensel require particularly little space. They are simply installed as a compact mounting unit in place of the previous neutral conductor rail. This means that an additional mounting rail for neutral conductor disconnect terminal blocks as modular terminal blocks is no longer necessary. And so smaller distribution boxes can be used.

As of now, Hensel has increased the clamping capacity of the patented NT terminals from four to six square millimetres by changing the spring steel component. This means that the terminal fully meets the normative requirement for neutral conductor separation. The tried-and-tested Hensel KV small distribution boards are already pre-assembled with the new Fixconnect NT terminal in seven sizes. (mfo)
