The metre takes up considerably less space in the charging system, which means that it can also be installed in smaller housings. It is the solution for small charging systems that have to meet the requirements of compliance with calibration law in a very small space, such as wall boxes. With a width of only 90 millimetres, this energy metre represents a complete metering capsule in which the measured values are digitally signed using the principle of the key pair (public key & private key). Thanks to its size and standardised top-hat rail mounting, the metre is also ideal for retrofitting existing systems, as it can replace an existing MID energy metre with relatively little effort.
A special feature of the meter is the integrated coordination of switching and metering. The energy metre directly controls a connected contactor. Based on the contactor position, the meter then automatically determines the time at which the digital signature is generated. (mfo)
