Walther Werke has integrated dynamic load management into the wallbox. For this purpose, an external smart meter with converter connection measures the variably available total energy and distributes it flexibly to the connected wallboxes and the consumption in the building. This avoids load peaks and optimises energy consumption. The wallbox also works together with an energy management system. It also supports the Autocharge function.
Fully compliant with calibration regulations
Here, the charging process already starts when the charging cable is plugged in, without any further release. The control system integrated in the wallbox complies with the international standard ISO 15118. Billing of the charged electricity is also possible via standardised communication interfaces.

The charging station is equipped with DC fault current detection and offers increased electrical safety through two-stage temperature monitoring. All variants of the wallbox are also available as solutions that comply with calibration regulations.
