The low weight of the supplier's Type 2 cables and their compact size allow for convenient transport and storage, for example in the boot of the vehicle. The robust design with splash water protection (IP44/IP55), pressure resistance of up to two tonnes (UL94V-0) and the extremely robust plugs ensure the daily, trouble-free use of each cable for more than 15 years and around 10,000 charging cycles.
