The Mobility House brings together renewable energy and e-mobility. To this end, the Munich-based company has developed a charge manager that regulates the currents from the wall box or the charging station as well as the charging times and the allowed load from the power grid. The management system of The Mobility House can easily be upgraded to five, 20 or 100 EVs. The load manager controls the chargers and is linked to the grid-connected metre. A dynamic application prevents expensive peak loads and grid connection costs, thereby keeping installation and operating costs in check.
