Enables proactive forms of customer engagement
Innowatts will offer these services through its cloud-based eUtility platform, an SaaS (software-as-a-service) solution that enables energy providers to quickly disaggregate customer-level energy patterns and use that intelligence to design highly personalised bundled offering plans, pricing and product solutions that are matched to individual customer needs. The solution also provides load forecasts and other predictive insights that enable proactive forms of customer engagement such as smart energy alerts, notifications and point solution offerings.
Innowatts today also announced the appointment of Dave Boundy as the company’s European general manager. Boundy has more than 20 years of experience in the energy and digital innovation sector. He previously founded and served as general manager of Intel Energy Solutions. Prior to that, he held multiple senior leadership positions at Intel, driving new technology research, HR operations, and IT service management.
