“As a leading company in the field of solar energy, we want to offer our employees more than just a job. We give them the opportunity to benefit from the economic added value of their own project and to play an active role in the green transformation,” explains Joachim Goldbeck, CEO of Goldbeck Solar.
High-performance solar system with attractive remuneration
The solar roof system in Polch produces around 1,850 MWh of electricity per year and achieves a specific yield of 979 kWh per installed kW. Over a period of 20 years, the electricity generated is remunerated with a feed-in tariff of 10.97 ct/kWh. Commissioning took place in March 2025.
Financing through crowdinvesting
The investment opportunity for the company's employees was made possible by EUR 550,000 in crowd financing from Volksbank Kurpfalz. Employees can participate directly in the project financially via the crowdinvesting platform VR-Crowd. The financing is supplemented by a bank loan of EUR 1.1 million from VR Bank Würzburg.
