Nadav Zafrir was appointed to the Board of Directors and as CEO. Zafrir co-founded Team8, a company specialising in cyber and data security. Previously, he was commander of the Technology Intelligence Unit of the Israeli Defence Forces. During this time, he also worked with Sella. Zafrir is co-chairman of Guy Sella.
In addition, the company has appointed Zivi Lando as acting CEO. Lando joined SolarEdge in 2009 as Executive Vice President Global Sales.
The third member is Uri Bechor as Chief Operating Officer. His last position was Vice President at Flextronics International, where he was responsible for activities in Europe and America. In this position, he managed more than 40 manufacturing facilities and was responsible for a sales volume of over ten billion dollars. (pf/mfo)
