On the one hand, this AmbiVolt solution allows for a greater compensation of mounting tolerances and offers structural advantages on the other, depending on the application and thanks to the free positioning of the profile. For example, even directly over the hanger bolt, a higher bearing capacity can be achieved. In addition, when required, AmbiU guarantees a subsequent height adjustment of up to 25 millimetres if the hanger bolt has already been bolted. Finally, the supporting profile is securely attached to the AmbiU hanger bolt kit with the AmbiVolt Easy Click cross-connector, by tightening only one screw.
Upon request, the AmbiU adaptor can also be purchased separately for those customers wanting to install it on third-party hanger bolts or solar fasteners. Furthermore the 52 millimetres high AmbiU can also be installed directly on trapezoidal metal sheets as a short rail system, using chip-free thin sheet metal screws. That way, readily punched and laminated with EPDM at the factory it represents the big brother of the popular Ambinano, when for example more roof-clearance is desired.
The universal Easy Click module clamps are clicked directly into the profile and thereby allow for a compensation of mounting tolerances of up to plus minus 40 millimetres. The ready-fitted EPDM strip and the additional sealing washer on the thin sheet metal screws ensure a reliable sealing and the mechanical protection of the trapezoidal sheet. (NHP)
