With their Coolcept Flex, Steca is now launching the successors to the Coolcept generation, but with improved functionality. The Coolcept Flex range is made up of eight models of grid-connected inverters with rated outputs between 1.5 and 4.6 kilowatts. The devices are available with one or two MPP trackers, which significantly simplifies system design and system planning. In addition, all units are housed in an IP65 casing and can be installed both indoors and outdoors. The inverter also offers international flexibility: With an adjustable cosine phi of up to 0.8 and many preconfigured country settings, one and the same unit can be installed in many countries.
A new feature is the convenient option for system monitoring: All units have access to the free Sun Cloud web portal. The next generation of solar power electronics lays the foundation for a future combination of electricity generation from photovoltaics, load management and e-mobility. (mfo)
