Microinverter for modules up to 560 watts

The IQ8X was developed by Enphase for solar modules with up to 560 watts and offers a peak AC output of 384 watts. With a maximum input voltage of 79.5 volts, the IQ8X supports solar modules with a higher DC output voltage and a higher number of cells. At the heart of the semiconductor-based microinverter is an integrated circuit (ASIC) that enables the inverter to operate in grid-connected mode. The new circuit technology also enables faster firmware upgrades.

The patented burst mode technology ensures increased energy production. Stäubli MC4 connectors make the IQ8 Microinverter easy to install. The combination of DC low voltage and rapid shutdown makes the inverter particularly safe. According to the manufacturer, more than one million switch-on hours in reliability tests guarantee long-term product durability. (mfo)
