The new device has two LAN and one WLAN interface and thus improves communication with connected components. In addition, four digital outputs facilitate the connection of further systems such as a heat pump, air conditioning units or an EV charger. Kostal inverters are already prepared for use with battery storage units out of the box. This can be activated either during commissioning or at a later date.

Kostal has also released three additional storage systems for operation with the Plenticore Plus hybrid inverter. This means that tradesmen can now also operate the two devices with the new storage systems from LG, Varta and Pylontech. Until now, the Kostal devices were compatible with the storage units from BYD and BMZ.
