The single-phase inverter is now available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The inverters with HD Wave technology can charge especially quickly. Due to the simultaneous use of grid and solar power, the inverter with the so-called Solar Boost Mode charges up to two and a half times faster than a conventional Type 2 charger.
Integrating the controller saves both hardware and personnel costs. With the inverter plus and the EV charge controller, homeowners are able to charge their electric cars with excess solar power. Easy integration into the monitoring platform allows homeowners to track charge levels and create charging programmes. The SolarEdge inverter is available at 3.68, four and five kilowatts. (mfo)
