The Green Expo 2019 in Mexico City, the three-day event in Latin America has ended last Thursday. For the past two weeks, Growatt technical and sales engineers have been busy attending exhibitions and presenting the company’s PV solutions.
“There is great potential for solar installations in Latin America, and it is a great business opportunity for Growatt,” said Frank Qiao, co-founder and Sales Director. “Growatt has been focused on providing reliable PV solutions for the rooftop solar sector. So far we have developed a wide range of PV inverters for residential and commercial solar systems.”
With fast business growth in the region, early this year, Growatt established their service centre in Brazil to provide services to local customers. Currently, the service centre is staffed with four local service engineers. Now Growatt’s sales team is actively promoting the latest residential and commercial solar inverters in the region.
Closer ties to local partners
At Intersolar South America and The Green Expo, Growatt exhibits its new X series inverters with outputs ranging from 750 watts to 80 kilowatts. “Our new X series inverters will meet the demand of all kinds of rooftop solar plants. They are aesthetically designed and have smart functionalities that can make operation and maintenance easier and reduce cost,” said Frank Qiao. “The MIC 750-3000TL-X and MIN 2500-6000TL-X are suitable for residential solar systems. Their design includes touch buttons and an OLED display for better usability. In addition, the MAC 50-60KTL3-X MV and MAX 50-80KTL3 MV will meet the demand of commercial, industrial and small-scale ground-mounted solar plants.”
As one of the major inverter manufacturers, Growatt enjoys a high degree of brand recognition in Latin America. Looking forward, Frank Qiao wants to establish closer relationships with more local partners and further expand Growatt’s business across the region. (mfo)
