However, 2025 marks a new phase in our expansion strategy. We are strengthening our Polish team, tailoring our product portfolio to better meet market needs, and launching more focused marketing and promotional activities.
How large is the customer base in Poland?
Currently, our Polish customer base consists of nearly 2,000 contacts, with several hundred already making purchases. We are confident that as we enhance our presence and service offerings, even more installers will choose SegenSolar as their trusted PV partner.

SegenSolar GmbH serves as the European subsidiary of Segen Ltd., the UK's largest PV specialist wholesaler. Our primary office is in Cologne, Germany, from which we manage not only the German market but also the Benelux region and Central Europe, including Poland.
How can you also provide the best service from your German branch in Poland?

What are your expectations for the coming years?
We foresee a shift in the photovoltaic landscape, with a potential decline in the residential sector offset by significant growth in the commercial segment. This transition is influenced by factors such as stabilized energy prices for individual consumers and economic considerations affecting small investors. Conversely, businesses are increasingly recognizing the economic and environmental advantages of integrating photovoltaic solutions into their operations. SegenSolar is well-prepared for this evolution. We are expanding our product range to include advanced solutions tailored for commercial applications and are developing new services designed to meet the specific needs of our Polish clients. While details are forthcoming, we are confident that these innovations will resonate positively within the market.
