A few years ago, photovoltaics in Poland was still in its infancy. That has changed fundamentally. Last year alone, PV systems with a capacity of 4.2 GW were installed in the country, significantly more than in the Netherlands (3.0 GW) and only slightly less than in France (4.7 GW).
