Austria with ambitious goals for the next decades
In line with Austria's ambitious goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2040, hosting the EU PVSEC highlights the central role of photovoltaics here. Austria is aware of the importance of using solar energy through photovoltaic technology as a key measure to reduce CO2 emissions. In support of this initiative, various measures were implemented to accelerate the adoption of photovoltaics in the country via the Austrian Technology Platform Photovoltaics and other local institutions.
