The two companies entered into the partnership in order to work together closely on their first systems, which are to be installed across several sites in various segments in Lithuania before the end of the year.

Energia Futura was established more than five years ago with the aim of promoting the use of solar energy in Lithuania. It started out as an EPC in the industrial/commercial sector, and after a few years Energia Futura expanded its business to cover the residential sector as well.
Focus an the residential and small commercial sector
The goal of this partnership is to increase joint photovoltaic business in the residential and small commercial sector across Lithuania. As part of the collaboration, Sharp and Energia Futura are initially cooperating on a few MW of volume for several systems across Lithuania. The partnership between Sharp and Energia Futura will enrich the energy mix in Lithuania, resulting in a boost for renewable energy sources across the country.
