Installing in an upright format allows better use of roof space and a free choice of eaves and ridge gaps. The module field can also end with the high side. Aerocompact’s SN2 Q PLUS makes it possible to clamp modules on the long side with the same material requirements as for installation on short sides.

The system can be installed in 21 different ways. In addition to three different clamping options (short-side, long-side and long-side quarter clamping), there are also three different rail installation options: short, connected and long. The SN2 flat roof system also has five different ballast positions. Despite all these options, the system only requires 31 components. The manufacturer also offers optionally developed lightning protection clamps and a system-integrated fall protection. (mfo)
