On the pv Guided Tour 2019, BayWa r.e. presents its mounting system Novotegra. For example, there are matching roof hooks with a standardised rail for different tile roofs. During the installation, technicians have two options. Either they resort to the classic lateral clamping of the modules. Or they use an insertion system.
For trapezoidal sheet metal roofs, there is the Novotegra with short rails, which are screwed directly onto the raised bead of the roofing. BayWa r.e. also offers solutions for sheet metal, corrugated eternit and sandwich roofs. For the flat roof system with east-west orientation, BayWa r.e. relies on long base rails to better distribute the load across the entire module field.
