PV Integ specializes in the development and sale of mounting systems for flat roofs with greenery or gravel - a valuable asset for Novotegra GmbH, whose product range includes mounting systems for a wide variety of pitched as well as flat roofs. The acquisition consolidates the company, which has been operating as an independent subsidiary of BayWa r.e. since the beginning of the year, its leading position as a manufacturer of mounting systems in the European market.
The expansion of the product portfolio opens up new application possibilities for Novotegra, particularly in the area of green roof solar systems, which are increasingly in demand. In addition, innovative material is used here. The PV Integ mounting systems consist almost entirely of recycled plastic and are produced exclusively in Europe in accordance with strict quality criteria. This underlines the company's commitment to sustainability. The mounting systems have been tried and tested for more than 10 years, especially in Switzerland. They convince through simple and fast assembly while maintaining high safety standards.
Increasingly important green roof solutions

"PV Integ is an ideal fit for our corporate culture and our claim to offer our customers innovative, high-quality and sustainable solutions.
