The FPV system from Austrian company Solocean can withstand waves of up to three metres and water currents of up to two metres per second and is also suitable for rivers, but can also be individually adapted to existing conditions. In addition, the system is also salt water resistant. A patented glass coating prevents salt corrosion to a high degree and thus ensures energy efficiency. The system is made of UV-resistant plastic (HDPE), which does not emit microplastics and is recyclable.

In addition, it offers little wind resistance, is more storm-proof than existing systems and is close to the water, which provides cooling for the module and increases both the electricity yield and the system's service life. (mfo)
