Aerocompact has added a new hanger bolt set to its Compactpitch modular system. Since it has improved, the angle attachment of the Compactpitch XWS, PV mounting rails can be positioned directly above the hanger bolt – in contrast to the current solution. The hanger bolt can be used for installing solar systems on corrugated fibre cement and trapezoidal sheet metal roofs.

Aerocompact offers different installation options with different hanger bolt set lengths as part of its modular system. The improved bolt can be connected to the X40 and X50 mounting rails using either a hammerhead screw or a click attachment. Aerocompact manufactures the hanger bolts from cast steel with a zinc flake surface coating in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227. Aerocompact has integrated it into Aerotool, its planning and engineering software. The bolt comes with a 25-year warranty. (mfo)
