Solaredge Go will introduce new remote management and monitoring features to help installers reduce site visits and improve operational efficiency. In the coming months, the app will combine all the functions of the company's existing Setapp and Mapper applications.
The new app will gradually introduce various remote access functions. Installers will have control over operations from anywhere, including direct access to inverter settings and operation, as well as remote diagnostics such as error logs and configurations. Fleet management includes a real-time interactive map view, instant access to system information and continuous monitoring of system uptime with alerts for immediate remediation.
The app allows installers to set, edit or select a system, register inverters and customise permissions for remote access to the system. For commercial and industrial installations, the app also offers performance indicators and environmental metrics that provide deeper insights into the systems. (nhp)
