Installers can use the intuitive monitoring tool to manage and monitor solar power systems and to analyse and compare yields. They no longer need to install software for remote configuration on their computers, but can log in directly via the portal using their access data. From now on, the portal informs them about data and any problems to the second. "In addition to the analysis and visualisation functions in the portal, the data can be viewed in real time and problems analysed more effectively," explains Plexlog managing director Michael Gottensträter.
Optimum support
The new features enable the Plexlog support team to provide its customers with even better support. For example, if an installer in a solar park has to walk long distances to the data logger, customer service can access the data logger directly, guide the installer on site and provide optimum support in analysing and solving problems. "This enables us to further optimise our technical support," says Gottensträter.

The portal, which is available in German and English, is compatible with the Plexlog data loggers of the PL series and a dozen other data loggers, as well as all common inverters, metres and smart energy components. Plexlog adapts the design to the needs of its customers. (mfo)
