With the new module series, the German manufacturer was able to enhance the performance by 3 - 4 percent. The flagship product, a 60-cell module with white back sheet, is available in 325, 330 and 333 Wp performance classes.
While standard cells have a format of 156.75 x 156.75 mm² with a diagonal of 210 millimetres, aleo uses full-square cells in the 158.75 x 158.75 mm² format. This has changed the module surface area. The 60-cell module now measures 1716 x 1023 mm², instead of the previous 1660 x 990 mm².
The exceptionally high mechanical stability is continuously guaranteed by a 42 millimetre thick frame, which makes the module more stable and torsion-resistant. It´s ability to absorb snow and wind loads ensures high durability. The modules are suitable for larger snow and ice deposits (8000 Pascal pressure load).
All high-efficiency modules have a 25-year product warranty inclusive, from the date of purchase. Furthermore aleo guarantees the high power output of the modules of the X- and Solrif Series for 25 years: In the first two years of operation, aleo guarantees a maximum power loss of 2%; in the 25th year of operation, 85% of the nominal power is guaranteed.
Like all aleo modules, the new series is distinguished by prime craftsmanship of high-quality components. The new design is used for all high-efficiency modules as well as the project module and the building-integrated Solrif modules.
