1,177 exhibitors from 60 countries are presenting their products and solutions until this Friday. A growth from around 1,100 exhibitors from 51 countries last year. More than 50,000 visitors are expected, more than 20 percent more than in 2017.
Innovative solutions and positive outlook
With expected more than 100 GW new installations globally and 2,5 GW in Germany the outlook is optimistic. New solutions for sector coupling, e-mobility, digitalization and efficient energy use are presented at the new exhibitions EM-Power and Power2Drive, alongside with EES Europe and Intersolar Europe, under the umbrella of The Smarter E Europe.
PV Guided Tours still open for registration
PV Guided Tours also attracted great interest. Over 300 participants joind the professionally led, topic based tours Wednesday. pv Guided Tours are still open for registration and will take place still today and tomorrow.
AWARD winners presentend
Great mood also prevailed at award ceremony of the Smarter E, EES and Intersolar AWARDS yesterday evening at Munich fairgrounds. The winners are: ABB, Dynapower, Ferroamp, First Solar, Hanwha Q CELLS, Indielux, Krinner Solar, SMA, Socomec, Solar Energy Corporation (SolarBK) and Unlimited Energy Australia/Tesvolt. (HCN)
