The Sunmodule 325 XL from Solarworld which has been part of the portfolio until now is being replaced by the Sunmodule 350 XL mono module. The module comprises 72 mono PERC cells, which make it possible to generate 35 percent more power, compared to 60-cell standard modules.
Due to the high system voltage of 1,500 volts and 25-ampere return current capacity, higher string lengths can also be planned, Solarworld says. This reduces the specific system costs and makes the module, which is available immediately, particularly attractive for project planners. The variable clamping areas, assembly holes and an assembly flange on the frame make assembly easier, while also offering increased flexibility. The low module weight speeds up installation even more.
The module has also proven its worth during stringent Solarworld laboratory tests under extreme environmental influences. The 25-year linear performance guarantee and the 20-year product warranty also apply to the Sunmodule XL.
