The universal Box meet all requirements for Photovoltaic panel collection, according to the Holland-based Faber Halbertsma Groep. The 2.5m3 box allows for enclosed storage at the collection point.
The front of the box can be opened for safe and easy loading and unloading. The lid and green APET restrict the light electrically charging the solar panels. More than ten tonnes of PV WEEE can be transported in 26 boxes on one 13.6 meters tautliner trailer.
For example, in Germany the boxes are used for the current collection groups 3, 5a, 5b and 6.Boxes are available in the height of 40 or 80 centimeters. They can be used separately or in combination to have volumes of: 1 or 1.5, 2 or 2.5 cubic meters. (nhp)
