The 15-year limited product warranty, which is valid for products delivered to the end user from 1 April 2020 onwards, is now offered across the entire NUJB, NUJC, NUAC, NUJD, NDAF series for modules installed in the European Union and in the countries of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Israel, Liechtenstein, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
The increased product warranty period is industry-leading for single-glass modules and the guarantor is Sharp Electronics GmbH in Hamburg, Germany, where the local service team is based.
