The Silk Plus series expands to include a bifacial glass-glass module with 400 watts of output in the smaller format and between 535 and 550 watts in the larger version. The module consists of 108 or 144 half cells with a size of 182 millimetres. According to the manufacturer, the module achieves an efficiency of up to 21.29 per cent with Perc technology.

With the bifacial cells, the module can also convert light that is reflected from the substrate onto the back of the module into energy. Depending on the conditions of the reflecting surface and the installation, such as the distance to the ground, it is therefore possible to increase electricity production by up to 25 per cent. (mfo)
