For ground-mounted systems, the 156-half-cell module (Qpeak Duo XL-G10) delivers up to 495 watts. This is up to 20 percent more module power than a standard module with 156 half cells produces. The smaller version with 132 half-cells (Qpeak Duo XL-G10) delivers 415 watts for installations on residential buildings.

Both the 132-half-cell and 156-half-cell versions have an efficiency of 20.9 and 21.6 percent, respectively. The zero-gap technology used by Qcells enables a cell arrangement that eliminates space between cells to capture more solar energy. With a higher yield per area, the G10 series helps to further reduce system balance costs. The black version of the G10 series (Qpeak Duo BLK-G10) is expected to be available in Europe in the second half of this year, according to the manufacturer. (mfo)
