The n-type cells will be used to produce the new generation Vertex modules. Full-scale production will guarantee delivery while improving all-round competitiveness and creating greater value for customers. Construction of the Gigafactory in Suqian, China began in July and manufacturing equipment was installed at the end of November. The factory was up and running by December 30.

The production line is mainly used for producing 210mm n-type i-TOPCon cells, used for the newly launched Vertex N 605W modules. Benefiting from the large cell size and low-voltage, these modules work well with 104-meter trackers, with no waste of space. (mfo)
