The lithium-ion battery storage unit, which was specially developed by Axitec for photovoltaic applications, has a usable storage capacity of eight kilowatt hours. It can be flexibly expanded to up to 96 kilowatt hours for grid operation. Thanks to its compact design, up to three storage units can be stacked on top of each other. This means that the storage can be used flexibly, both in the home and commercially - or to charge an EV.
The Axistorage is now available in three versions: 7S, 9S and 10S. The power buffers cover capacities from 5.4 kilowatt hours. The storage unit is distinguished above all by its patented safety concept and achieves 6,600 cycles. The integrated battery management ensures the best possible operating condition of the storage unit and thus ensures a long service life of up to 20 years. (mfo)
