Thanks to the independent positioning of the cover plate, the hook can always be installed above the rafter, transferring the resulting forces directly into the roof structure. The patent-pending labyrinth seal ensures that the freely selectable penetration point is permanently sealed during installation without any additional effort. The high load capacity, combined with the new and strong X60 rail, results in a reduction in the number of roof hooks, drastically reducing installation and material costs. Optimised load transfer means that areas with high snow loads are no problem.
First, the base plate is bolted to the rafter and the carriage is fixed in position. The cover plate can then be freely placed on the carriage and adjusted to follow the tile contour. The pre-assembled hook is secured with two thin sheet metal screws. Depending on the height of the roof battens, the slider can be mounted at three different heights. The pre-assembled quick connector allows fine adjustment of the engaged X-rail. The pre-assembled components allow quick installation with only one tool. (nhp)
