Nominated for an ess Award 2022, the EnerOne from CATL has a nominal storage capacity of 372.7 kilowatt hours with a foot print of just 1.69 square meters. The cells with a capacity of 280 ampere hours each have a discharge rating of 1C and guarantee a life span of up to 10,000 cycles. The system is suitable for inverters in the range between 600 and 1500 volts. It can be used flexibly in outdoor applications thanks to IP66 rating of the main components and the permissible ambient temperature range of -30 to +55 degrees Celsius. It has passed critical tests in line with UL9540A at the cell, module and rack level, without the need for a specific fire suppression system. (mfo)
