Baywa r.e. uses, among other things, the battery storage of BYD, Varta and Riello. The latter uses memory cells of Yuasa from Japan. The new storage system offers high discharge rates for peak load management, fast charging of electric cars or uninterruptible backup power. It can discharge with 4C or in the short term even 6C.
