Trina Storage has installed a 50-megawatt battery storage system in Burwell, Cambridgeshire in the UK. The company has provided a complete battery storage system for an energy infrastructure provider. Once operational, the storage system will provide balancing power to the UK power grid to ensure rapid frequency response, flexibility and demand side management. (mfo)
