Our company has been working in photovoltaics since 2007 but we started installing the first storage systems in 2016.
How high is the demand for PV and storage among your customers?
In general, the demand for batteries has always been low, but the demand has greatly increased with the entry of the "superbonus". Today all our customers want to install batteries as well
Is there also a strong demand for retrofitting PV systems with storage units?
For the moment, if we exclude the "superbonus 110", the request for retrofit with batteries is always held back by the times of economic return.
Are there state incentives for solar plus storage in Italy or your region?
No, there are no incentives in our region for the moment.
Does the system size increase due to the growing self-consumption?
Of course, self-consumption is becoming a necessity for every family. The costs of management and use of energy are always higher and each of us would like to be autonomous.

Why did you choose the new Luna 2000?
We chose Luna 2000, because it is the most advanced and flexible system on the market, today. The minimum size is 5 kwh but it can reach 30 kwh per inverter, also the peak power can reach up to 10 kw. Another feature much requested by the Italian market is the ability to activate the backup in the event of a power failure.
What are the specific advantages of the Luna 2000?
The modularity feature is also very useful in the assembly phase. Other monobloc batteries systems are very heavy and difficult to transport and install.
What are your sales expections for the Luna 2000 – in which system sizes?
We of Solevento strongly believe in this product, especially in the 15 kwh size. We have already planned the purchase of over 500 pieces for 2021.
