Together with the lithium-iron-phosphate batteries, the system enables, among other things, peak shaving, load shifting, reactive power compensation and the hybridisation of diesel generators. The system is also equipped for backup power and has black start capability.
The products are installed as complete systems as plug & play solutions. If the capacity is not sufficient, it is possible to connect up to 240 systems in parallel, so that up to 240 megawatts of output and 576 megawatt hours of capacity can be achieved.

Photovoltaic systems do not work during a blackout because the inverter switches off for safety reasons. The Power Box then automatically disconnects the consumers from the mains connection, switches to stand-alone operation and thus forms a self-sufficient grid. The inverters recognise the new grid and resume power generation, thus guaranteeing a continuous supply.
