The modular storage system consists of up to eight modules and offers a capacity of 11.5 to 30.7 kWh. Thanks to its plug-in and store system, the storage unit can be installed quickly and easily. A hybrid inverter is already integrated, so installers not only save time during installation, but also space in the equipment room. An off-grid emergency power backup provides energy in the event of a power outage. "With our Energy Butler, we offer our customers and partners another important building block for the energy transition. Together with our E-Smart energy management system, this creates a total energy solution consisting of photovoltaics, battery storage, heat pump, controllable E-heating rods and charging stations for E-mobility," explains M-TEC Managing Director Peter Huemer.
From single-family homes to multi-storey buildings and commercial enterprises
The storage unit is not only suitable for single-family homes, but can also be cascaded up to 300 kWh for multi-storey residential buildings or commercial enterprises. It can be easily monitored and controlled with the E-Smart energy management system, which M-Tec developed especially for its total energy solutions. Among other things, it maximises the self-consumption of a photovoltaic system.

M-Tec delivers the system optionally pre-configured with other E-SMART components. With a guaranteed 10,000 charging cycles within ten years, the Energy Butler promises a long service life. The company accompanies its partners from initial installation to market success and conducts individual training and webinars. The battery storage system will be available in the German-speaking region from January 2022. (mfo)
