The TPS 2.0 is 40 percent cheaper than its predecessor and brings twice as much power per cubic meter. A newly developed battery module balancing and thermal management improve efficiency. The container with a capacity of up to 4.4 megawatt hours is suitable for capping peak loads, for network services and for the backup power supply. It can be placed anywhere, because it works at minus 40 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius, is black start capable and is maintained remotely. The containers are available in the standard sizes 20, 40 and 45 feet.
