1 GW distribution partnership of Menlo and JinkoSolar

Menlo Electric and Jinko Solar disclose their strategic alliance aimed at fostering an increase in renewable energy projects. In the past three years, Menlo Electric has integrated 1GW of Jinko's photovoltaic modules. Now, with an ambitious target set, Menlo Electric aims to distribute another 1GW in the next 12 months in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa. According to its own information Menlo Electric stands as the top distributor of JinkoSolar products in the MENA region, ranks among the top three in Europe, and is the second-leading distributor in South Africa.

This partnership is set against a backdrop of growing global demand for renewable energy solutions and is propelled by both companies' dedication to environmental sustainability and innovative energy solutions. JinkoSolar will ensure the delivery of high-performance solar modules to support Menlo Electric’s extensive array of projects aimed at transforming energy infrastructures across several regions.

Joint CSR initiatives as the Solar2Share Collective

"We are excited to announce our strategic partnership with JinkoSolar, which will significantly enhance our capabilities to meet the rising demand for renewable energy across the EMEA regions," stated Marcin Zienkiewicz, Head of Procurement and Trading at Menlo Electric.

The partnership also includes joint CSR initiatives under the Solar2Share Collective, through which the two companies have successfully built 15 solar stations at hospitals, schools, and kindergartens across 7 countries, with a cumulative power of over 400 kW. (hcn)
