Registration for the webinars

Below you can find the most frequently asked questions. We also invite you to watch the video. If you still have any unanswered questions, please get in touch using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
You need a personal user account for the event page. Simply follow the registration process at events.gentner.de where you have the option of saving your subscription. The reduced prices for subscribers are only displayed if you have saved your subscription in your profile and if you are logged in.
Even without a subscription, you need a personal user account to book the webinars. To do this, follow the steps for registration and skip the ‘Add subscription’ section.
You will find all upcoming events and webinars in the catalogue. Select the desired date, accept the terms and conditions and then click on ‘binding/payable booking’. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of booking. You will also find the booking in your profile under ‘Booked events’. If this is not the case, the booking was not successful.
On events.gentner.de you will find both paid and free events, workshops and webinars.
The price applicable to you can be found on the details page of the respective event. In the case of fee-based offers, subscribers to our titles usually receive a special price. Please refer to the information on the subscription price.

You have 2 options for participating on the day of the event:
1. Via your user profile:
To participate, go to events.gentner.de and log in with your access data. You will find the webinar in your profile under ‘Booked events’. Click on it and under the information you will find a greyed-out button with a direct link to the webinar room. This will be activated 15 minutes before the webinar starts. You do not need to enter any further access data to enter the room.
2. Via the link in the e-mail:
You will receive an e-mail with the direct access link from us approx. 15 minutes before the webinar starts. Please log in as a guest with your full first name and surname so that we can make the allocation for the certificate of attendance.
In our webinars, all participants are connected without video and audio. However, you can ask your questions to the speakers at any time via a chat box.
Yes! Questions can be asked at any time during a webinar in a chat window. These will not be displayed publicly, so don't be shy. At the end of the presentation, questions will be answered by the speakers and moderators, if there's enough time.
All documents provided by our speakers can be downloaded from the download area of the webinar room.
In addition, you will receive an e-mail from us after the webinar with a download link to the materials.
If there is no material in a webinar that can be distributed, you will be explicitly informed of this.
You will receive a personalised certificate from us for each webinar you have attended live. If the event is recognised as an official training eligible for points, you will find the corresponding code on this certificate to confirm the points.
You will only receive the certificate if we were able to identify you in the webinar room. Please check immediately whether your name is spelled correctly on the certificate, otherwise please contact us at webinare@gentner.de
Select the event in the catalogue or in your profile under ‘My events/webinars’ and cancel the respective date. Please note the terms and conditions of the respective event. We ask for your understanding that unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations by e-mail or telephone.
Do you have technical problems?
We can help you log in - even if the webinar is already running, of course. Contact us either via the chat in the webinar room, by e-mail (webinare@gentner.de) or by telephone (0711/63672-959)
Something has come up?
If it is a free webinar, you are welcome to stay registered. You will then automatically receive the recording and documents afterwards.
If it is a paid webinar, please note the information on cancellation if you wish to select this option. Alternatively, you will find information in the webinar description as to whether the webinar in question is recorded. If this is the case, you are welcome to stay registered and you will receive everything afterwards. If the webinar is not recorded, we advise you to cancel your registration.
Yes, regardless of whether there is not yet a date for an event or you do not want to commit to a date yet, you can ‘bookmark’ an event and save it in your profile.
To be able to use the subscription benefits, you must save the subscription in your customer profile. To do this, proceed as follows:
Please log in at auth.gentner.de/kundenportal/abos with your e-mail address and your personal password. Here you can link your subscription to your profile by entering your customer number. The next time you log in to events.gentner.de, the special prices that apply to you will be automatically activated.
Please note that you can only see and book the discounted prices when you are logged in.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any subsequent price adjustments to your invoice.
Most webinars are recorded and automatically made available to all registered participants by e-mail afterwards. However, for various reasons, speakers can also refrain from recording their webinar (e.g. because content becomes outdated very quickly). You will find this information in the description text of the webinar.
