During a meeting between the Minister of Economy and Industry Nikola Stoyanov and the management of Profine Energy, the two managing directors Peter Mrosik and Markus Wirth explained their investment project.
The company is already in a very advanced stage of its investment decision for Bulgaria. The seriousness of the investment planning on this scale was personally confirmed during the meeting by Group Managing Director Peter Mrosik and Markus Wirth, shareholder of Wirth Group.
Estabishment of a Bulgarian subsidiary under way
"We have a great interest in investments in the field of power generation from renewable energy sources," Markus Wirth explained. "Currently, the establishment of a subsidiary of Profine Energy under Bulgarian law is underway. Its purpose is the development and realization of large photovoltaic plants in Bulgaria explained Peter Mrosik. He added that Profine Energy's goal is to fully supply the Profine Group and its customers with energy from renewable sources.

Minister of Industry Nikola Stoyanov assured the full support of the state to accelerate the administrative procedures for the realization of investment projects. He presented the possibilities of appropriate incentive measures that Profine Energy can use as an investor.
He said that the German economy feels good in his country and some companies are already planning new expansions. Profine Energy could serve as a reference for them. He is sure that Profine Energy will also be convinced by the general conditions for investments in Bulgaria. (hcn)
