Tesvolt recently made it particularly easy for tradespeople worldwide to obtain certification for the installation of their storage systems. On the new service portal, they can watch training videos at any time. Afterwards, they receive certification directly if they answer the questions correctly. Vouchers for the online training courses can currently be won in the online Advent calendar. The service portal also supports installers in all steps before and after the sale of energy storage systems.
Service portal: training modules, instructor availability, live chat
“Since January, we have been investing heavily in the digitalisation of all of our services for our installation partners. Consequently we have put a lot of energy into our new service portal”, says Mathias Zdzieblowski, who is in charge of training at Tesvolt. “One particularly convenient aspect is that installers can view a training module at any time, anywhere in the world. And anyone can make a digital appointment with an instructor in the service portal if they have additional questions. Or use the live chat.” Tesvolt also offers live digital training. So far, the training courses are available in German and English, and next year they will be made available in other languages as well.
Everything in one place: the new service portal
“Tesvolt aims to be a service leader. We’re extremely serious about this and we have put a lot of innovation into it. My vision is to further streamline all processes for our customers”, explains Anshoo Pandey, who leads the company’s digitalisation efforts. She brings twelve years of experience in the field from her previous positions. “In the service portal, installers find everything in one place. As soon as they have logged in, the portal also displays all their personal data, such as their completed training courses, quotes, invoices, etc.”
Training installers worldwide
“As Tesvolt is constantly growing, the new partner portal is a great help for us. It enables us to train installers all over the world on our energy storage systems and support them in all the important steps – in marketing as well as in technical questions”, explains Thomas Franken, who is responsible for international marketing and strategic expansion at Tesvolt. The partner service portal will be continuously developed over time. In a few months it should also be possible to plan storage system projects in real terms with all the details. “We’re not quite there yet, but it will make planning much easier for installers.”
Vouchers for online training
Currently, installers can win ten vouchers for Tesvolt online training courses worth EUR 175 each if they open a door in Tesvolt’s online Advent calendar. Participants who answer the most questions correctly have the chance to win an e-bike. For every door opened, Tesvolt will donate one euro to the non-profit organisation “one for the planet”, which invests 100% of the money raised in environmental and climate protection projects.
