Dalasina is a family-owned capital group based in Poland with its head office in Warsaw. It operates in the electric power generation industry focusing on wind projects. The project is the first of its kind for Dalasina. Dalasina will be the investor and owner of the project.

The goal of this partnership is to realize partnership-based free-field photovoltaic projects in Poland. As part of the collaboration, Sharp and Dalasina are first cooperating on a 10 MW project. Commercial operation is planned for 2022. More common PV projects in Poland will follow the next years according to a press release. The two companies hope to enrich the energy mix and promoting renewable energy sources through their partnership.
